Support form deflector

The Kapa Support Form Deflector reduces your support ticket load by suggesting possible solutions to users before they can submit a ticket. When a user tries to submit a form, the deflector intercepts the submission and opens a modal with a streamed AI-generated answer. Users can ask follow-up questions within the same modal to get more detailed help. If the AI answer doesn't resolve their issue, users can always close the modal and proceed to submit their ticket as normal. It integrates with your existing public and private support forms and is highly customizable.
